VinFast制造子公司拟与Future Investment合并，注册资本将增至约214万亿越南盾

VinFast Trading and Production计划与Future Investment Research and Development合并。交易完成后，Future Investment将不再作为独立实体存在，其资产、权利和义务将全部由VinFast Trading and Production承接。VinFast Trading and Production是VinFast Auto旗下负责制造业务的主体，运营公司位于海防和河静的汽车工厂。此次合并完成后，该公司的注册资本预计将增至约214万亿越南盾。
